Legal Notices and Terms & Conditions
The following constitute the terms and conditions to which clients and applicants agree when booking any treatment or training course with Face Weybridge (Terms & Conditions). Throughout the Terms & Conditions Face Weybridge means Face Weybridge Limited. Face Weybridge reserves the right to review and update these periodically.
Booking in with Face Weybridge for treatments
When booking in a treatment we require you to provide us with your full name, email and a completed medical consent form. In doing this, you agree to:
- Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about your medical history and any conditions we must be aware of relevant to the treatment
- Maintain and promptly update the data in the event of any changes
All semi-permanent make up treatments include 1 free top up. After your free top up, should you need anymore top ups you will be charged a £50 colour boost charge per session.
We cannot guarantee results with our treatments due to everybody’s body reacting differently. We will do our best to advise you what to expect but nothing can be promised. If we do not believe a treatment is suitable for you, we will advise you and we reserve the right to turn away clients.
Training Courses and Booking in Training
Before you book onto a training course we require you to provide certain information about yourself. In doing this, you agree to:
- Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your qualifications relevant to the course.
- Maintain and promptly update the data the event of any changes.
Courses can be booked by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a booking form to fill out and return to us. Prior to booking a course you must provide Face Weybridge with evidence of your qualifications to ensure you are eligible to take the course in line with our insurer’s requirements. A Certificate of attendance of the course will be issued upon completion. A further Certificate of Achievement will be awarded on completion of the case studies.
Course aftercare and support is offered to all. We do not however guarantee employment for any delegates as we are predominantly a training provider and not a recruitment company.
Please make us aware of any special dietary needs a week prior to the course so we can fulfil your requirements.
You must seek permission from the trainer and cosmetic model before taking any photographs or videos during any of our training courses. Any photos and videos taken on the training course are solely for your own personal use and must not be published or shared with anyone else.
‘Before and after’ photographs taken for the purposes of your training portfolio remain the property of Derma Pro Training Limited and are only for use as part of your training record. These images are not available for delegates to use in their own professional portfolios or on their social media / web pages.
If you have booked a course with us and paid either a deposit or in full, we would need a minimum of 1 weeks notice to change your course date. If less than 1 weeks notice is given, we reserve the right to keep any fees that have been paid. If you do not show up to your training course any fees paid will not be refundable and should you wish to rebook your course you will have to pay these fees again. In certain circumstances Face Weybridge will allow the date to be rescheduled but no refunds will be made.
Prices, Discounts and VAT
Notice of new pricing will be given in advance, but Face Weybridge reserves the right to change prices listed without notice.
Sales taxes (VAT etc.) are charged at the applicable rate depending on the product and/or customer.
A deposit must be paid at the point of booking. All deposits are non refundable. We reserve the right to keep any deposit payments and will not deduct these from any future appointments if you have not shown up to your appointment.
The remaining balance of any treatment will be payable on the day of your appointment. Any training fees will need to be paid prior to attending the course to allow funds to clear before training commences. We cannot invoice for fees or accept payment by instalments to the salon. We have a finance option available using an external company, PayL8r.
All major credit and debit cards are accepted. A receipt will be sent to you by email confirming payment. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Cancellation of any training course or appointment by Face Weybridge itself will mean full repayment of fees to the client. We reserve the right to amend or cancel any appointment, training date or location. Should this be necessary our staff will contact clients immediately and arrange an alternative date.
Please note that if you do not provide accurate details (including type of card and number) or if your credit card company does not authorise payment, your application will be deemed void. Face Weybridge will not accept any liability for costs incurred as a result of applications deemed void in this manner.
Under no circumstances, will Face Weybridge be able to refund for any treatments carried out. Due to the nature of our treatments you accept that all results will vary depending upon the clients body and that Face Weybridge will not be held accountable for any results caused by the reaction of your own body.
Cancellations and Late Arrivals
A strict 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the service amount. Deposits are non-refundable however we do allow clients to transfer their deposit payment to another appointment if given at least 24 hours notice.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and any deposit payments may not be transferrable.
If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be required to pay 50% of the service you had booked in for before we will allow any further bookings.
Prevailing Terms & Conditions
All services provided by Face Weybridge are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions and if you wish to engage any Face Weybridge services we shall only provide them if you accept the Terms and Conditions.
Whilst we make every effort to keep changes to the a minimum, we reserve the right to make any amendments to the Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes affecting our business, including but not limited to, changes in technology, payment methods and legal and regulatory requirements.
Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights
All course material and content are owned by Face Weybridge. All intellectual property rights in all materials available from Face Weybridge, including the design, graphics and text of all printed materials and electronic materials are owned by Face Weybridge. None of the course content may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed or linked to in any way, in whole or in part, without Face Weybridge’s prior permission. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of Face Weybridge’s intellectual property rights.
Health and Safety on the Training Course
You must comply with all health and safety rules and regulations and any other reasonable security requirements that apply at the premises at which the training courses are provided.
Face Weybridge reserves the right to remove any delegate from a training course whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate by Face Weybridge or its trainers. In these circumstances, Face Weybridge will neither refund any fees nor reimburse any other costs.
